Non collection
In the unlikely event of a cat not being collected we will endeavour to contact the owners and the emergency contacts, if the situation had not been resolved after 1 week we will have to find alternative care. The full fee is still to be paid by the owners. If the owners are delayed then they must arrange for someone else to collect the cat, the cattery cannot guarantee that it can hold the cat for any extra days, in this instance if nothing has been arranged by the owner then the emergency person will be contacted.

Food will be included in the price but should the cat require any speciality or dietary foods then this must be provided by the owner at a reduced rate. The cattery will endeavour to supply the food requested by the owners but in the unlikely event of not being able to obtain such food or the cats own refusal to eat such food then the cattery will provide alternative food.
